2008-2009 Tuition and Fee Information

Application Fee $50.00 (Also applies to Preschool)
New Student Registration Fee $75.00
Re-enrollment Fee March & April $30.00 / $50.00 (*2 or more children in family attending)
                         May 1st and after  $75.00 / $100.00 *
Preschool Tuition (3 and 4 year olds) $110.00 month (3 or 4 days per week)
Preschool Tuition (3 year olds only) $50.00 month (2 days per week)
Kindergarten (full day) $3,000.00
First Grade - Fourth Grade $3,000.00
Fifth-Eighth Grades $3,125.00
Ninth-Twelfth Grades $3,276.00
Student Activity Fee $25.00 (per student, once per year, payable at sign up for extracurricular activities)
Pay Tuition in full on or before August 1st $50.00 discount
Mid-Year Withdrawal/Expulsion $100.00 (per student) / $175.00 (2 or more children in family.  In addition to the pro-rated tuition for the portion of the school year attended.)
Additional Tuition Information:

Family Tuition Discount - 5% for 2 children, 10% 3-4 children, 5th child and more (attending in same year)
  'Book Fee' of $325.00 each.

Tuition payments are made through SMART Tuition Services.

There is a yearly fee for SMART and must be paid with SMART application or added to the first tuition payment.

Tuition payments run August - June.

A Non-Sufficient Funds fee of $30.00 is added for returned checks.

Student Activity and Club fees must be paid in full before a student can participate in the sport or activity.

The Academy considers all unpaid tuition accounts due and payable.  Collection by an outside agency will be
  pursued and a report will be filled with the Erie Credit Bureau.

Report cards, transcripts, and final grades will be held until payment of all late tuition and fees are received.
