GACA supports families in their desire to provide Christian education
for their children by providing a cost efficient educational program,
expecting family participation in a variety of fund-raising activities,
and by offering scholarships based on demonstrated financial need.

Application for scholarship includes providing financial information
through submission of the most recent IRS 1040.  Application
deadlines must be observed.   Each Scholarship organization has
its own application process, requirements, and deadline dates for
submission.  Because of limited funds, qualification will not guarantee
a scholarship award.  The discretion of scholarship boards and the
Academy Council will be final when awarding scholarships.

General guidelines for all GACA Scholarship awards are as follows:

• Student must be enrolled in GACA with all financial accounts current.
• New students must have submitted application with appropriate fee and be accepted for admittance into GACA.
• Combined Scholarships awarded to students (families) from all Scholarship Organizations will not exceed 90% of tuition and fees charged.
• Families must actively support the GACA fund-raisers by meeting the minimum participation goals for each fund-raiser.  Participation varies by activity and may be in volunteer hours or by attaining a minimum amount of sales.  The annual fund-raisers include the Albion Fair tent, the Servathon, the Auction and smaller events as established yearly by the School Council. 
• Families combined income must not exceed $50,000 plus $10,000 for each dependent.
• Families who withdraw students from GACA prior to the end of the school year must return all scholarship monies at a pro rata amount of the award received for their student(s) during the school year within 14 business days after student withdrawal.
